Pre-Course Counselling

Applicants are required to attend a compulsory pre-course counselling by qualified course consultants. The purpose is to assess their suitability for the course and check that they meet the course requirements. In addition, the course consultants will also provide applicants with the relevant information about the college, courses, important policies and procedures.

Course Application

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

Local Students 

  • Duly completed student application form

  • Certified copies of academic qualifications and transcripts

  • Copy of NRIC or birth certificate 

  • Certified copy of passport showing bio-data information (for work pass or other eligible pass holders)

  • Proof of English language proficiency

  • Recent passport-sized photo or scanned copy in JPEG file size 400 x 514 with white background

All documents submitted must be in the English language. Please provide the original non-translated and translated documents during submission

Letter of Offer

Applicants who meet the entry requirements will be issued a Letter of Offer. Applicants who wish to accept the offer must sign and return the acceptance form to the college.

Student Contract

Before making any course fee payment, all students must sign a standard PEI-Student Contract and the Advisory Note to Students. For students who are below 18 years old, the guardian or parents will sign the contract/advisory note on behalf of the students

Fees Payment

The student needs to make the Course Fee Payment via the approved payment modes such as Bank Transfer, Cash, PayNow to the College after signing the Standard PEI-Student contract and the Advisory Note.
